Do not stop the movement suddenly, because the sudden stop of lower limb movement will cause a large amount of blood to stay in the blood vessels of the lower limbs. Other parts of the body, especially the brain tissue at the highest part, are very sensitive to the ischemic reaction, and dizziness, vertigo and even syncope may occur.
Tip: When starting exercise, it is necessary to strictly control the amount of exercise. Relaxation, slower pace, and less exercise can receive better antihypertensive effect. The maximum heart rate during exercise should not exceed 100~130 times per minute. If you experience heart discomfort during exercise, shortness of breath, and heart rate over 130 beats per minute, be sure to stop exercising immediately.
