1. Photosensitive drum: The surface coating of the photosensitive drum is easily scratched, scratched, and susceptible to light damage. Due to the function of the magnetic core, some small metal parts are easily adsorbed to the surface of the magnetic roller. During the relative movement, the magnetic sleeve coating is scratched off. In addition, during the folding process, the magnetic roller is also easily adsorbed to the surrounding metal parts, causing accidental coating damage. The lack of a black coating can result in the absence of text or graphics on the print. Therefore, in the disassembly and assembly, the magnetic roller should be stable and can not be placed anywhere. It should be placed away from other metal parts to avoid hard objects.

3. Electrical contact: All the photosensitive drums, magnetic rollers and charging rollers in the toner cartridge have electrical contact points that communicate with the machine. In the assembly, attention should be paid to the cleaning and communication at the electrical contact points.

4. Positioning problem: Each component has its own fixed position, which is positioned by spring or screw, while the powder bin and waste toner bin are positioned by plastic clips, screws or connecting shaft cores. 5. Trial transfer: When the toner cartridge is used in the machine, the photosensitive drum, charging roller and magnetic roller are rotated. 1. Photosensitive drum: The photosensitive drum is the most critical and most vulnerable part. After pushing the protective cover of the drum, it is exposed to the illumination of the indoor light. In addition to the yellow light, other light damages the drum. Especially for ultraviolet light, long-term exposure will shorten the life of the drum. The surface of the drum after long-term use will wear out, and the deep wear line will be displayed on large black-faced or black-block prints, resulting in vertical white lines. Damage to the surface coating of the drum and scratches will result in poor prints. From the appearance, we can only find the defects of the drum, that is, the color change, the scratch and the damage. These phenomena will cause bad prints, which will cause bottom ash, black spots or lines on the printed products.

2. Magnetic roller: The magnetic roller is one of the components that have the greatest influence on the blackness of the printed product. The thickness and roughness of the black coating will change with the continuous use. After blowing off the sucked toner on the magnetic roller, if the black coating on the magnetic roller looks thin, and even sees the color of the aluminum base or the surface looks very light, then the print produced by such a magnetic roller will Shallow, you should replace the new magnetic roller or magnetic roller cover.

3, the powder knife: the powder knife is under the magnetic roller, control the thickness of the carbon layer on the magnetic roller, and assist the toner to rub the charged parts, is composed of metal stamping parts and a polyurethane rubber strip, the rubber strip must have a certain The hardness and flatness can evenly control the thickness of the toner layer and can effectively charge the toner. For a long time, the rubber part will age, deform, bend and lose its elasticity, thus losing its function. Prints will have excellent light, black spots, black lines, and even powder leakage problems. After the rubber strip is aged, it cannot be recovered, only the new one.

4, cleaning blade: cleaning blade and powder knife structure is very similar, but the use of a slightly harder polyurethane rubber, of course, its function is not the same as the powder knife, the state of the rubber material of the cleaning blade and the edge is very important, After a long time of use, the rubber will melt and deform, and the knife edge will often have a gap. Such a cleaning blade can no longer be used, and a partial bottom ash or a vertical light black line will be generated on the printed product.

5. Charging roller: The surface layer of the charging roller often wears carbon powder, toner additive and paper scraps due to prolonged use, and it will wear out. These phenomena may cause bottom ash or black spots of printed products, etc. before filling the toner. Use a vacuum cleaner or wipe with a soft cloth. Be sure to clean the surface as much as possible to effectively charge the drum. If you find that the surface is damaged, do not use it, because if you continue to use it will not only affect the charging, but also cause physical and chemical damage.
