HPR1018HA is a metallocene polyethylene product produced by the UNIPOL gas phase polyethylene process. The product has the characteristics of narrow molecular weight distribution, high mechanical strength, and strong puncture resistance.

Downstream users often use it to produce various types of three-layer coextruded inner and outer layers of heavy-duty packaging films, inner layers of flexible packaging films, and inner and outer layers of agricultural films. The market demand is huge.

According to statistics, the current demand for HPR1018HA is more than 200,000 tons per year, and the price is higher than that of ordinary LLDPE. This trial is a field test of Dushanzi Petrochemical's HPR1018HA on the downstream first re-packaging membrane manufacturer. The commissioner formulated the plan and participated in trial production of the product.

After technical cooperation between the Institute of Petrochemical Corporation, Northwest Chemicals sales personnel and downstream users, the Dushanzi HPR1018HA was determined to have the ratio and processing conditions in the heavy-duty film. In order to test the extreme processing performance of Dushanzi HPR1018HA, both testers decided to increase the host extrusion volume to the production limit.
