1. Instrument use

Second, the principle of the instrument

2.1 Overview

The water conservation monitoring and control station system of the small watershed is composed of the work management / data collection and storage main control machine of the soil and water loss automatic monitoring station, the sediment measurement sensor, the ultrasonic water level measurement sensor assembly, and the rain gauge. The rainfall intensity and its change with time and the total rainfall and rainfall duration are measured by a rain gauge. The ultrasonic water level measurement sensor assembly automatically measures the water level change; through the central control computer software and parameter settings, the runoff flow that changes with time is calculated to obtain the real-time change process of runoff flow. In the design of the cylindrical measurement sensor, according to the characteristics of the liquid level change of the low, normal and high water levels, multiple sediment measurement ports are vertically distributed in the runoff profile (the standard system is equipped with 3 sensors) to measure the gradient of the sediment content of the runoff distributed.

Through the sediment content and gradient distribution of the cross section and the flow rate obtained from the water measuring weir, the runoff sediment transport amount is calculated. Control and manage the process data of sediment content, runoff and rainfall measured by each sensor through work management / data storage software and host computer control and store the data, and remotely transmit wirelessly to the management monitoring center through moden when requested Measurement data.

The main computer of data collection management adopts industrial control level standard, including the intelligent control management and data collection / storage controller developed by ARM processor. The system can work with the support of solar cells. Under normal circumstances, the system is in sleep state. When rain or runoff occurs, the system is automatically powered on and each sensor starts to work. The system measures, collects and stores sensor data according to the set work requirements. The system has its own hard disk, which can store a lot of data. Through the communication port, the measurement results of each sensor can be dynamically transmitted to the upper computer in real time. You can also send the stored or cleared data to the upper computer at the request of the upper computer. The upper computer can display the converted process data of rainfall, sediment content, runoff, and sediment transport and downloaded historical record data. And can generate Excel tables.

8: The working principle flow of this sensor:

The water body enters the pipeline from A1, flows out through A2 and pushes the flow sensor, and part of the water body is discharged from A3. The processor C calculates the real-time flow rate based on the flow rate obtained by the flow sensor. B1 collects the surface water body and sends it to the load cell. The collected data is sent to the processor C to obtain the sediment content after processing. After the data is obtained, the sensor D discharges the internal sample from B2 to prepare for the next sampling. The processor C outputs external equipment through 485 or serial port.

2.3: Liquid level flow sensor

According to the actual runoff in the monitoring watershed area, a water measuring weir is built. The height of the water level of the water measuring weir measured by ultrasonic can reach 1 mm, and the flow is calculated using the water measuring weir formula. The software provided contains several commonly used calculation formulas for water measuring weirs, including the calculation formulas for Basel weir, triangular weir, rectangular weir and triangular / rectangular composite weir. Related parameters can be modified through management software to improve calculation accuracy.
