Chongqing modified PVA adhesive passed identification

The Chongqing Economic Commission chaired the identification meeting for the modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) adhesive developed by Chongqing Jiuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. After careful examination and full discussion, the experts of the appraisal committee unanimously agreed that the modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesive meets the Qîž„JH01-1996 standard, and the product technology is advanced and reasonable, and the one-step process is adopted to achieve the modification and continuous use of the silica sol. Production, greatly reducing the cost, has been the national invention patent (patent number 96117523.0), is an independent intellectual property product. The product has the advantages of non-toxic, odorless, non-polluting, room temperature quick drying, good fluidity, safe use, good peel strength, low cost, firmness of the bonded product, non-alkaline alkali, no damp, no mildew, etc. Chongqing Huaya Packaging Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Luzhou Light Industry Color Printing and Packaging Factory were used by a number of domestic users, reflecting good results. The product has a broad market prospect, significant social and economic benefits, and promotion value. Chongqing Jiuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. also produced labels, adhesives, paper and plastic, paper guage, gold cardboard, silver cardboard, aluminum foil adhesives and other products, the use of effects are very satisfactory, welcomed by users. Now, the company is continuing to develop new areas for application of modified polyvinyl alcohol adhesives. Chongqing Economic Commission has already promoted the results of this research project as a technology innovation project in Chongqing.
