Blu, a farm in Michigan, is a blue-gray duck that is a mixture of Swedish blues. Most of the time, he lived a life with peace, but in January, he was rushed in by a pig to give an arch. This encounter seriously damaged his cockroaches, but after a few months, Blu recovered. It started to look the same as he did before the incident. Blu's owner, Alexander Alexander, took him to the vet after he was attacked. Now, thanks to the treatment team, Blu has joined the classic case of 3D printing technology to help lucky ducks.
Alexander collaborated with Chris Williams, CEO and President of C33D, to plan the reconstruction of Blu喙. According to Williams, the C3 team is an animal lover. After hearing about Blu, he hopes to assist Lu, so the company provides 3D design and 3D printing solutions. In order to design flaws, Team 3D scanned the rest of Blu喙 and printed several prototypes before deciding on a “fitting†that suits him.
The last plan was printed from Kevlar and Nylon 3D and printed for about 12 hours. After two hours of surgery, Blu's new mole was attached. It takes some habits.
