When needed, any pair of cutter shafts can also be started for cutting.
The cutting length is changed by adjusting the rotation speed of the cutter shaft through a conical stepless transmission, and the cutting range is arbitrarily selected from 600 to 2400 mm. With the double crank instantaneous cutting speed mechanism, the tool shaft can be accelerated or decelerated so that the instant cutting speed of the knife is equal to the conveying speed of the cardboard. The machine's cutting accuracy at stable speed is ±2mm.
Controlling the length of cuts and adjusting the instantaneous cutting speed is done by controlling the buttons on the panel surface. When driving a car, you can adjust the next cut specification. Changes in driving speed do not affect the length of cuts.
The power of the cross cutting machine comes from the main rotating shaft and is connected with the CVT through the gear box.
