Characteristics: 
1. Waterless offset printing: there is no need to control the balance of water and ink. Which can save the time and cost of testing machine, can make the color more bright and stable, even stop-start machine. Mesh point clear, no deformation. This kind of machine is suitable for smal and large quantities of high-end labels, like wine label etc. 
2. The control system: use Japan Yaskawahe's latest motion control system, together with CPU via DOS system to control the servo motors, which ensures the machine, high responding, accurate towing, easy operating and safe running. 
3. The intelligent positioning system: once printing length is input at the main control unit, every unit will move automatically to the preset position. Each unit is controlled individually by a motor. With the help of CCD image, lateral, longitudinal and bevel direction registration can be achieved without stopping the machine production. This greatly increases the print quality and reduced the production wastage. 
4. Printing Unit: Each unit can work independently, which enhance the production efficiency greatly. There is a touch screen on each unit, you can work easily. 
5. Auto overpritning system: each printing station has seperate servo motor for controlling the horizontal and vertical's adjusting movement. Once overprinting figures are input at the servo motor's screen, the unit will move automatically to the preset position without stopping machine, effectively improving the quality and prodctivity of printing products. 
6. Auto registration system: can solve the problem of material's snake shape, and make the printing more stable; 
7. Lubricating System: The machine uses automatically cycling oil-supply system to ensure the accuracy and service life of the machine. 
8. Ink transferring system: adopt servo supplying ink, 4 oscillating ink rollers, 4 version rollers, with good transferring ink system, can effectively prevent the ink bar and double image, so the quality of printing greatly improved. 
9. The machine has the function of doing letterpress and waterless offset printing meanwhile without adding letterpress printing group, which not only directly improve the production efficiency, but also save the cost; 
10. This machine can also be equipped with varnishing unit, cold foil unit and rotary die-cutter unit, to enable multifunction of the machine and to improve marketing.
