Roland Launches Latest Fast Printing Machine

Roland DGA is a major supplier of multi-function inkjet printers. Recently, the company launched a high-speed commercial inkjet printer.

The 104” AdvancedJET AJ-1000 inkjet printer has a speed of up to 968 sqft./hr, and it can reach 484 sqft./hr even in precision printing mode.

This model is mainly suitable for banners, billboards, outdoor signs and other posters. The AJ-1000 inkjet printer is available in six colors (CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) + LcLm (light cyan and light magenta)). It can be used for coated or uncoated papers. Its ink has super adhesion, scratch resistance, alcohol resistance, and long lasting.

In addition, the AJ-1000 can hold up to 1 litre of ink, and the printing effect is more precise and smooth. The model has an advanced ink distribution system, making the transition between different inks seamless. The powerful media processing system can handle prints weighing up to 220 pounds. The automatic intelligent maintenance system keeps the nozzles running well from start to finish.

Xtreme Dissolving Ink is able to optimize color brightness and increase its durability."

The new Xtreme ink is specially developed for the AJ-1000 and is designed to enhance color intensity, expand color range, and increase durability. There are six colors to choose from (CMYK+LcLm). Xtreme dissolves ink to achieve a vivid color even when operating at high speeds.

The AJ-1000 also comes with VersaWorks, a RIP software developed by Roland engineers and designed specifically for the company's inkjet technology. VersaWorks has an efficient user-friendly graphical interface that allows the AJ-1000 to be optimized for results.
