Foshan Weili Plastic Machinery successfully developed a 5-gallon bucket automatic production equipment

Foshan Weili Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a five-gallon bucket automatic production equipment for PCs (with handles) based on the two-step technology of blowing PC plastic bottles over the years. This equipment is designated as WL-AP04 (E type). Automatic machines, single cavity production of 100 five gallon (or 20 liters) buckets per hour. The device can be equipped with a handle on the bucket, which is quite popular in the market. Its automatic handle device adopts a unique positioning robot arm system, which reduces the number of manual steps and greatly improves the degree of automation and safety of the device.

The weight of the PC five-gallon bottle produced with this equipment does not exceed 700g, which is more than 100g less than its equivalent, which makes the equipment very competitive in the current rising raw material prices.
