The tested 50-molar molten steel has a compositional compliance rate of over 90%. Oxygen lances, bottom-blowing systems and other equipment operate stably. The function and technical parameters meet the design requirements, and automatic steelmaking is realized. This technology has solved the problem of dephosphorization in Meishan high-phosphorus hot metal smelting. In addition, the project's transformation of oxygen lances broke through the limits of the Mach number, which was difficult to exceed 2.0 by domestic oxygen lance design, reaching 2.25, which was at the forefront of similar converters.
