Klockner Pentaplast Shows New Thin Film Products

Klockner Pentaplast Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cinven and JPMorgan Partners, is the world's leading thin film producer serving the pharmaceutical, medical device, food, electronics, printing and specialty applications industries.

At this exhibition, Klockner Pentaplast introduced a number of new films, including PENTAFORM, PENTACLEAR Recyclable Film, PENTAFOOD, PENTAMED Film, and SMARTCYCLE Film, among others.

Klockner Pentaplast teamed up with Packaging2.0 LLC to launch SmartCycle150 PETE film, adding a new member to the company's hard film portfolio. The film is made from recycled plastic bottles. At least 50% of its content is recycled plastic bottles, which can greatly save energy and natural resources, and comply with all FDA regulations. It can be directly contacted with food. Thermoformed films can be made into food contact trays, clamshell containers, surface-sealed blister packs, and many other containers. Klockner Pentaplast is also the world's only supplier of SmartCycle 150 PETE film.
