Double-pipe quick dry adhesive formula

The adhesive contains the resin component ( A ) and the curing agent component ( B ) in two hoses, and can be stored for a long period of time. When it is used, it can be cured under the condition of room temperature for 30 minutes after being mixed and tempered according to the specified ratio, so it is called double-pipe quick-drying adhesive. This glue can be used for quick bonding of small areas of metal and non-metallic materials (except polyolefins).

Formulation and preparation :

(a) Formula A formulation and manufacturing method :

1 . Formulation : E-51 Bisphenol A Epoxy Resin : 100

Polyvinyl chloride powder ( 3# ) : 1

Quartz powder (about 300 mesh) :35

Fumed silica : 1.5

Dioctyl phthalate : 14

Method : ( 1 ) According to the formula, 3 # PVC powder and dioctyl phthalate are placed in a container, heated, stirred, and the value="145" hasspace="False" negative="False" number type=" 1" tcsc="0"> Dissolve around 145 °C to form a homogeneous transparent PVC sol.

( 2 ) Heat E-51 bisphenol A epoxy resin to value="140" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0"> around 140 °C, put value="140 "hasspace="false" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0"> Polyvinyl chloride sol at about 140 °C is added to the mixture, kept warm, thoroughly stirred, and then mixed. Then, quartz powder and fumed silica are added. Stir and mix. Then, after the temperature is lowered to room temperature, the hose can be sealed.

(II) Formulations and Preparations of Component B

1 . formula

Boron trifluoride glycerine complex : 100

Phosphoric acid : 69 boron trifluoride aniline complex : 100

Diethylene glycol : 200

Fumed silica : 12

2 . Method:

( 1 ) Preparation of boron trifluoride glycerine complex: Take 100 parts of glycerin in a reaction flask, and add 154 parts of boron trifluoride etherate solution at room temperature. After the addition, the temperature of the material is increased to 40 to 50. The ether was distilled off at °C and the residual ether was removed by vacuum. The product in the flask was boron trifluoride glycerol complex.

( 2 ) Preparation of boron trifluoride aniline complex: Take 100 parts of aniline and 54 parts of diethyl ether in the reaction flask, and use ice-cold water to maintain the temperature of the material in the bottle at value="10" hasspace="False" negative= "True" number type="1" tcsc="0"> Around -10 DEG C., stirring constantly, 153 parts of boron trifluoride ether solution was added dropwise. After the completion of the addition, the ether was removed by vacuum. Then, the solid product inside the bottle was washed three times with cooled benzene, pulverized and dried to obtain a white solid product as a boron trifluoride aniline complex.

( 3 ) Formulation B : After the formula is measured, the boron trifluoride glycerine complex, the trifluorobiphenylaniline complex and the triethylene glycol are mixed and stirred. Gradually heat up to 40 to 50 °C. After the brownish red transparent liquid has formed, add phosphoric acid and fumed silica in sequence, heat at a constant temperature of 40 to 50 °C, and stir until the mixture is fully mixed. Stop the heating and put the hose after a little cooling. Sealed in.

Second, explain

1 . When used, mix components A and B in a volumetric ratio of 9:1 , mix quickly, and bond immediately. At room temperature, it usually cures within half an hour.
