Prevent paper stretching

When using a 90g/m square coated paper to print a children's book (black and red), after the first color was printed, the paper was found to have long longitudinal elongation. In general, only the horizontal side is stretched. How can it happen on the vertical side? We checked the drum pressure, pick-up pressure, and the timing of the front gauge was normal. Through analysis, we removed a 40g/m square paper from the lining and reprinted it. The problem was solved.

Through this issue, I would like to remind everyone that in the case of paper with a lotus leaf, the pressure of the blanket cylinder and the impression cylinder should not be too large, and the uniform ink color of the printed product can be guaranteed.
