After the printing , the hard pack of cigarettes must be subjected to post- press processing such as die-cutting and indentation to be processed into a required size and shape, and then delivered to the customer for packaging. Among them, the quality of die-cutting indentation not only directly affects the forming effect and appearance quality of the cigarette pack, but also affects the packaging speed and production efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to discuss the influence of die-cutting indentation on the forming effect of cigarettes and the applicability of the machine. Molded plate
The molded plate material is composed of a metal material and a non-metal material, wherein the metal material includes lead, steel, aluminum, etc., and the non-metal material includes a multi-layer glued wood board, a high-density board, a zinc wood nail board, a bakelite board, and the like. At present, the molded plates commonly used in cigarette printing enterprises are mainly made of multi-layer glued wood and electric wood, which are characterized by easy processing and relatively low price. Among them, the molded plate made of multi-layer glued wood board is easily affected by temperature and humidity, and is easily deformed by the die-cutting pressure for a long time, which causes the narrow slit of the fastening die cutter and the indented steel wire to be widened, and the cutter is loosened. The position of the die-cutting indentation is deviated, which in turn affects the forming quality and appearance of the cigarette packet; while the bakelite can avoid the above-mentioned undesirable phenomenon, which is gradually replacing the multi-layer glued wood board in the processing of the cigarette pack with high precision requirements.
For high-grade, high-demand and large-volume cigarette packets, most cigarette-printing companies use sandwich steel molded plates, which are characterized by stable die-cutting indentation quality, which can reduce the uneven die-cut pressure caused by the molded plate. A series of problems caused by stability, etc., can not only improve the processing quality of cigarette packets, but also have an important significance for improving the speed and molding effect of the package on the cigarette pack.
2. Mold plate plate making precision
The manufacturing process of the molded version includes drawing the contour map of the molded version, cutting the bottom plate, molding the die and the indentation steel wire, combining the imposition, and sticking the rubber strip. The quality and precision of the molding have a direct influence on the quality of the cigarette package. Therefore, the molded version should be made and arranged in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings. If the arrangement of the cut lines does not meet the requirements, or the position of the die cutter and the indented steel line is deviated during the production process, the cigarette pack will be irregularly formed or not. Even the cigarette pack is not formed tightly.
3. Molding method
Commonly used cigarette pack molding methods are flat flat and round pressed. The former is produced offline, and once the molded version is formed, the die cutter and the indented steel wire are basically positioned, which determines the specification and shape of the cigarette pack, and thus the forming size of the cigarette pack is not affected by the processing method; The latter is different, it is generally connected production, printing and molding are done in one production line on the same production line, but in fact, the indentation and die cutting are completed on two different units, and in certain The range can be adjusted, so there are certain variables in the die-cutting indentation, which affects the forming effect of the cigarette pack to varying degrees. Therefore, when wiring the production, pay attention to check whether the position of the die-cut line and the indentation line is correct. As shown in Figure 1, the die-cut line and the indent line of the B1 and B2 positions should be kept on the same line.
4. Crease stiffness
Crease stiffness refers to the recoil generated by the paper when it is bent 90° along the indentation line. The crease stiffness is a parameter indicator for measuring the quality of the indentation, and is also an important indicator affecting the formation of the cigarette pack, which is expressed as the folding force required when the indentation line is folded.
The function of the indentation line is to ensure that the indented position is folded into a neat, straight corner when the packet is formed. The thickness of the indentation line is reflected by the stiffness of the crease. The shallower the indentation line, the greater the recoil force at the time of folding, that is, the greater the crease stiffness; on the contrary, the deeper the indentation line, the more The scar stiffness is smaller. When the cigarette packet is formed, the proper crease stiffness is favorable for the formation of the cigarette packet. If the cigarette is too large or too small, the cigarette package is irregularly formed, the paste box is not firm (opening glue), and the appearance is unsightly.
In actual production, the degree of crease stiffness is affected by many factors such as paper, indentation force, indentation steel wire, indentation bottom mold, printing method and environmental conditions. Therefore, in the process of processing, it is necessary to check the depth of the indentation line frequently, and to control the proper crease stiffness by means of instrument inspection, in order to meet the requirements of cigarette package molding.
