The temperature of the hot baking is the same as that of the calender. Under pressure, under the condition of calender steel belt drive, put this cardboard on the surface of the steel belt at the end of the discharge port, and bring the tissue paper into the drying tunnel through the steel belt to return to the calender. This is the end. After this heat-baking, the normal calendering process is used to perform calendering (that is, one glazing and one heat-baking is added), and the wrinkles and stripes on the batch of faceboards disappear. By the way, under normal circumstances, the temperature of calendering is generally controlled at 115 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, the pressure is controlled at 150 ~ 180kg / m2, and the speed is preferably 6-10m / min. Of course, in the field operation, it should also be adjusted and mastered reasonably according to the thickness of the cardboard. It is worth noting that for the paper products to be calendered, there must be a choice in paper quality, otherwise the calender quality requirements cannot be met.
