1, the diluent is different:
Water-based paint is used as a diluent. Civilian tap water, clean natural water with conductivity less than 500 (measured by conductivity meter) meets the requirements. Replace harmful organic solvents with water.
2. The dilution ratio and spray viscosity are different:
Dilution ratio: water-based paint original paint: water = 100: 15 ~ 25
Spray viscosity: suitable viscosity for spraying the barrel (coating 4 cups) for 40 to 50 seconds; suitable viscosity for spraying the bottom of the barrel and cover (coating 4 cups) for 20 to 25 seconds
3, the spraying pressure is slightly higher than the paint:
The surface tension (physical force) of water-based paint is larger than that of paint, so the spray viscosity is slightly higher and the spray pressure is slightly higher than the paint.

Water resistance (1/4 immersion of finished steel drum): 240 hours, no blistering and wrinkling of the paint film. Color separation effect: The color separation interface of the color coating is clear, and the two color bodies have no obvious cross-contamination phenomenon.

Corrosion resistance (acidic content of juice and jam): The inner wall coating is intact in a two-year cycle.
