The print test strip is used to control the exposure of the printing plate and the developer concentration, temperature, and time, so as to ensure that the printed version of the PS plate has good oil and water repellency, and the blank part has good hydrophilicity and oil repellency.

Ugra test strips are now used both at home and abroad, and can be visually observed with a magnifying glass.

1. Structure composition

The Uggla print test strip is divided into five control sections: 1 continuous density ladder section; 2 yin and yang micrometers concentric circle coil segments; 3 full-scale mesh segments; 4 ghost shadow control segments; 5 high light and dark tone control segments . As shown in Figure 5.

2. Function and usage

(1) Continuous density ladder section: It is divided into 13 steps to control exposure and development. The correct exposure and development are obtained through experimental measurement according to the unit's printability conditions. Under normal circumstances, the pattern specifications for the sun exposure is grade 3, the density is 0.45D, the density is 0.30D, and the printed version is slightly lighter, the specification is level 4, the density is 0.60D, and the density is 0.45D drying out.

(2) Concentric circular coil segments of yin and yang micrometers: concentric coils consisting of 12 yin and yang micrometers and other lines, respectively 4 μm, 6 μm, 8 μm, 10 μm, 12 μm, 15 μm, 20 μm, 25 μm,
30μm, 40μm, 55μm, and 70μm are used to detect the exposure and development of the solar PS plate. The general specification is that the 6μm yin and yang lines of the sun proofing pattern correspond to each other, and the yin and yang lines of the sunning printing plate correspond to the yin and yang lines.

(3) Full-gradation network segment: It is composed of 10% to 100% and 10% differential level, which is arranged in two rows. It is used to measure the dot transfer of printing, proofing and printing, and can draw graphs of film outlets, printing patterns, proofing and printing dots.

(4) Ghost control segment: consists of thin lines with a line width of 60 lines/cm and an area ratio of 60%. It is divided into four small blocks, arranged at three angles of 0°, 45°, and 90° and by 1/ The 4 D pieces are arranged with small short lines of 90° on both sides, 45° on the middle square, and 90° on the upper and lower sides. It is used to control the air pressure of the printing plate, as well as to visually measure the sliding and ghosting directions of the printing platen.

(5) Fine dot segment: Correspondingly arranged by high light small dot and dark tone deep dot.
