In the past, many manufacturers have undertaken various wine bottle labels and cigarette packs. When they need bronzing and embossing, they have to make two layouts, first gilding and then embossing twice. Patterns that require bronzing are used to produce corrosion after the negative film is made, and the concave and convex plate is made to corrode after the positive film is made. When pressing the concave and convex, the concave zinc plate must be machined and then the plaster convex template must be copied to make the concave and convex. In operation, the plaster copy is not easy to complete and time-consuming, and it is also difficult to repair defects. It is very easy to wear when pressing the concave and convex. After the reform, the plaster was replaced by rubber tape to copy the convex template, that is, two pieces of rubber tape matching the size of the patterned concave zinc plate were pasted on the bottom table with a double-sided adhesive tape, and the area near the bottom plate was larger than the patterned concave zinc plate. Slightly larger, a piece on the surface is about 1.5 cm larger than the circumference of the raised pattern. After pasting, adjust the pressure according to the thickness of the printing paper and the height of the embossing to work properly. After the process is improved, although the plate installation is simple and time-saving, the efficiency and printing durability of the plate are improved, and the product cycle is shortened. However, due to the problem of bronzing temperature, the paper is locally deformed and deformed, resulting in inaccurate overprinting. In particular, patterns such as medals, logos, pavilions and pavilions are often required to outline the skeleton and outline of the pattern on the basis of hot stamping on the ground, with thin lines that are concave and convex, and the quality cannot be guaranteed. In order to solve this problem, after bold development and repeated trials, this problem was solved well, so that the bronzing and pressing and bumping operations were completed in one operation.
The combination of bronzing and embossing is to combine the bronzing pattern and the embossing part pattern into an organic whole film base plate, which is processed by a special process and subjected to printing and corrosion to produce a bronzing and embossing plate. The convex part of the finished product is concave on the zinc plate, and the concave part of the finished product is convex on the zinc plate. Now its process is introduced as follows.
Gold foil, embossed and negative relief film synthesis
According to the design requirements, the photographer first attached the drawn manuscript to the yin and yang cross gauge lines and took a yin picture ①, then the yin picture ①was normally copied, developed, and fixed to obtain a yin picture ②, and then the yin picture ①was still copied. The exposure time is several times longer than that of the normally exposed positive image ②. After developing and fixing, a positive picture with a thicker outer contour line was obtained ③, and then the black figure was filled with the outline of the blunt outline of the positive picture ③. After the positive picture ③ was dried, use its copy to develop more with less exposure. Method: Copy the negative picture with transparent outline ④, then combine the positive picture ② and the negative picture ④, that is, the two films are overlapped and joined together with the adhesive tape, and they are directly used for printing and corrosion. Bronzing and embossing. It is also possible to copy the flattened film into a positive figure ⑤ after copying the yin and turning over the sun, and then corroding the positive picture ⑤ to produce a bronzing embossed plate. Judging from the printed zinc plate images, there is a thin solid line required for the protruding lines of the bronzing and the outer edges around the pattern. This is the key to the one-time process of the combination of bronzing and embossing. It mainly serves to cut the bronzing and non-bronzing parts. For the purpose of meeting the requirement of convexity around the edge of the pattern, the thin solid line is convex after being corroded, and after bronzing and pressing convex and concave, the part of the paper is concave, which is visually Plays the effect of concave edge to set off the protruding part.
Bronzing, embossed printing plate
The patterns on the synthetically shaped bronzing and embossed negative film are exposed to the zinc plate, washed, dyed, and hardened, then baked at a high temperature of about 190 ℃ and trimmed.
Corrosion of bronzing and embossing
①Shallow corrosion, place the zinc plate that has been baked and trimmed at high temperature in a nitric acid solution of 6 ° Be, use a brush to perform shallow corrosion treatment, and determine the height of the embossing according to the thickness of the printed paper, and determine the shallow corrosion Depth to achieve the effect of pre-rot. Generally, the corrosion depth is about 0.1 mm-0.2 mm, which can meet the requirements of bronzing and pressing concave and convex of about 80-150 grams of paper. If the paper is more than 250 grams, the erosion depth of bronzing and embossing can be deeper.
â‘¡Partial filling, after the shallow corrosion meets the requirements, take it out and rinse it with water to dry it, and then use anti-corrosion glue to fill the lines and patterns that need to be gilded and anti-corrosion parts to achieve the protection of the picture.
â‘¢Deep corrosion: The filled zinc plate is installed in a powder-free corrosion machine, and the construction operation is carried out according to the normal corrosion time and requirements. The edge corrosion depth is generally about 0.6-0.65 mm.
Hot stamping
Before installing the plate, the surface of the hot plate should be cleaned, and some marks should be drawn on the back of the bronzing and embossed zinc plate. A piece of cloth coated with milk white glue (or cowhide glue) that is slightly larger than the zinc plate should be pressed according to the determined zinc plate. Paste the mounting position and printing method on the hot plate, then paste the zinc plate on the hot plate cloth, put some hard paper on the bottom plate and press it, and turn on the power to heat to 80-90 ℃, hot press About 15 minutes, make the zinc plate firmly adhere to the hot plate. After the zinc plate is firmly pasted, use a transparent adhesive tape to paste a piece of coated paper of more than 100 grams on the bottom plate, and touch the printed sample with carbon paper, as a rule, and cut 250 larger than the printed image. Gram two to three pieces of whiteboard paper, and after they are glued firmly and evenly, then paste them to the place of the printed sample, and remove the printed coated paper. After 250 grams of whiteboard paper is stuck on the bottom plate, wet the top layer of whiteboard paper with a wet towel and apply pressure to the bottom plate until the marks on the surface of the whiteboard are rich and uneven. It should be noted that to prevent the whiteboard paper pad from being too high, or to increase the pressure together, so that the parts that do not need to be gilded and pressed on the surface are higher than the gilded and pressed parts, making the non-gilded and pressed parts It is also ironed on anodized aluminum, which affects the beauty and quality of the picture.
Bronzing, pressing and bumping temperature control
The bronzing and embossing are completed in one operation, so the bronzing temperature is higher than that when the bronzing alone, the temperature is generally controlled at about 150 ℃.
Bronzing, pressure adjustment
When starting the bronzing and embossing operation, the pressure needs to be re-checked and adjusted. The layout needs to be uniform from top to bottom, left and right. From the back of the embossed paper during observation, normal bronzing and embossing can be started as long as it has a clear level of unevenness. Because the hot stamping and embossing are secondary corrosion, the concave surface is relatively uneven during the corrosion. During hot stamping, an elastic liner such as a plastic film can be appropriately cushioned to compensate for the uneven depression caused by the hot stamping. The disadvantages of electrified aluminum.
Practice has proved that the process of hot stamping and embossing can be completed in one time. The effect is satisfactory, and it has the advantages of simple operation, improved work efficiency, reduced labor, lower consumption, and increased benefits.
