——SW-600 series screen ink


SW-600 series inks are suitable for printing on untreated polypropylene, treated polypropylene or polyethylene.

Adhesion Due to the use of chemical synthetic resins as raw materials, it has good adhesion to all types of untreated polypropylene, treated polypropylene or polyethylene.

The color can be mixed with other intermediate colors and can be printed in four colors.

Substrate SW-600 is suitable for printing on untreated polypropylene, treated polypropylene or polyethylene.

Printing equipment This series of inks is used for manual operation, semi-automatic, fully automatic equipment. It is recommended to use nylon or polyester mesh, mesh size 77-120T/CM; direct or indirect photography template can be used. A 65°-75° medium hardness polyester wiper should be used.

Surface treatment of untreated polypropylene In order to better exert the ink's adhesiveness, it needs to be treated with flame to make its surface active. It is recommended to start printing when the fire treatment is completed. Strong flame treatment will make the ink more viscous, but it will reduce the resistance to water, this condition can better adapt to the special conditions of the press.

It is particularly emphasized that some chemical tests may prove that the substrate has been disposed of, but it does not indicate whether this condition is satisfactory. The most successful method for assessing the level of processing is the wet tensile test. In any case, adding too much additive to the polymer may affect the adhesion of the ink.

Dilution To optimize the printing stability of the ink or to make fine prints, use a thinner SW-806 and a slow-drying agent SW-807, normally no more than 10% thinner.

Coverage Use appropriate dilution and printing equipment with a coverage of 30 M/KG.

Drying belongs to the solvent evaporation drying type. Dry naturally for 15-20 minutes; hot air drying for 10-30 seconds or oven 80°C for 5-8 minutes to completely dry.

Washing can be done with multi-purpose washing net water SSM-02.

Shelf life below 25°C, placed in a closed container, shelf life can exceed one year

——SWG-PVC screen printing ink

Application Description SWG PVC screen printing ink is suitable for PVC tape, rubber, such as inflatable toys, table mats, handbags, bags, shoes and various containers.

3, the main solvent: ketone solvents.
4. Dilution solvent: fast dry, dry, slow dry.

Instructions for use and precautions 1. Suitable for screen printing over 200 mesh, the lower the mesh, the lower the viscosity of the ink;
2. For screen printing over 200 mesh, the thicker the ink, the longer the drying time;
3, for the softer and more transparent or glossy PVC tape should pay attention to completely dry, so as not to overlap each other;
4. When printing fine patterns, slow-drying thinners should be used, and at the same time, attention should be paid to lengthening the drying time;
5. For toy products, care must be taken to use products with a controlled metal content.
