Foam type microwave heatable packaging

Graphic Packaging International's QuiltWaveTM package is suitable for foods such as baked goods or sandwich bread, which can be heated by microwaves. The structure of the package is in the form of a compound foam that locks in the steam generated during microwave heating and expands. After the microwave heating was over, QuiltWave quickly cooled. The specific structure of the package is PET/Adhesive/Cardboard/Adhesive/Metallic PET/Coating.

QuiltWave, known as the "model of microwave heating technology," can improve the quality and appearance of microwave-heated foods, especially pizzas, pancakes and frozen sandwiches.

The first to use QuiltWave packaging is Sepp's Gourmet Foods.
