9. SS7-TR series

SS7-TR series inks are volatile dry inks that are completely transparent and have a high gloss. They are excellent for reflective printing on gold and silver paperboards.

This series of inks can also be used for the printing of transparent PVC, PC and other materials. When used for the printing of transparent PVC, PC, etc., sometimes the phenomenon of poor ink leveling, pinholes, orange peel, etc., can occur in the ink. An amount of 0.1-0.5% of the ink is added to the SS8-002 additive to improve the leveling effect of the ink film.

This series of ink can be completely mixed with SS7-000 series and SS8-000 series inks. The SS7-TR series inks can also be used where SS7-000 series and SS8-000 series inks can be used.

10. SS9-000 Series

SS9-000 series inks are four-color inks for trapping printing. Drying speed is slow and dot reproducibility is good. Can be printed on paper, synthetic paper, PVC stickers and other substrates.

This series of inks can generally be printed without dilution. However, if a lower printing viscosity is required, a small amount of S-783 diluent may be added to the ink. If you need to reduce the concentration of ink color, add the appropriate amount of SS-retardant to the ink.

11. Assist/Material

(1) S8-000 defoamer. Suitable for SS5-000 series, SS7-000 series, SSAP series SSNYH series. Defoaming effect, the amount is generally 0.5% -1%.

(2) SS8-002 additive. Suitable for SS8-000 series, can also be used for SS5-000 series, SS7-000 series, SS7-TR series, SSSP series, etc. to play a role in leveling and promote the smoothness of the ink film surface. The amount is generally 0.1%-0.5%, not excessive, otherwise there will be ink film shrinkage, gloss reduction, adhesion and other adverse effects.

(3) Additive 500. Applicable to SSSP series, SS16-000 series, SSNYG series, etc., for leveling and defoaming. The dosage is generally 1%-2%.

(4) SSPPNK defoamer. Suitable for SSPPNK series, anti-foaming effect. The dosage is generally 1%-2%.

(5) SSUR-100B additive, SSUR-150B additive. Suitable for SS16-000 series, SSNYG series, used as hardener for two-component reactive ink.

(6) SSPE-hardener. Suitable for SS8-000 series, used as hardener.

(7) SSPE-water resistance additive. Suitable for SSPE series, used to increase the ink film's water resistance.

(8) Additive 100. Applicable to SS8-000 series, SSSP series, used to increase the abrasion resistance of the ink film.

(9) SS5-000 additive. Suitable for SS5-000 series of colored gold inks, SS5-000 series of colored gold inks need to add 4% of SS5-000 additives to dry. SS5-000 series of other colors of ink if the drying is not ideal, you can also add 1% -4% SS5-000 additives.

(10) Each series of varnish. Reduce the color density of the ink without affecting the fluidity of the ink and increase the transparency.

(11) SS-releasing agent. Applicable to SS9-000 series, reduce ink color concentration without increasing ink flow and drying speed.

(12) SS - matt agent. Suitable for all series, used to reduce the gloss of ink film. According to the requirements for gloss, the amount added can be between 1% and 10%.
