Second, the use of cushions should pay attention to some skills.

Even if the asbestos pad is placed up and down, it is necessary to ensure that the thickness of the cushion and the product with the same copper resistance are the same, so that the cushion effect can be optimized.
Third, the choice of cushions.
One type is the first silicone rubber pressure pad imported from Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries (due to long delivery time, the price is more than 10,000 yuan, and has been successfully produced in China). The silicone rubber cushion is woven with high temperature resistant, high fatigue resistant, high pressure resistant silicone wire and high quality copper wire. The effect is good, the quality is stable, the life is long and the buffer is excellent. Currently, most of the melamine pressure is used. Sticker manufacturers' first choice. However, due to the high price of imported silicone wire, some domestic manufacturers use domestic silica gel wire, and because of the inability to continue to withstand high temperature, the silicone pad is burned and perforated during use. The other type is made of high-elastic brass and copper and asbestos (chemical fiber), called composite cushion. Because of its high temperature resistance, it is more resistant to oil turbidity, its service life is longer than that of silicone pad, easy to install, good quality, and affordable. The advantages and characteristics of its service life and cushioning performance greatly replace the possibility of silicone pad. The composite cushion of (copper and asbestos) is better.
