One, there is a horizontal bar failure causes:

(1) There is a carrier around the developer and the toner is absorbed or spilled on the photoconductor drum.

(2) The stirring device in the developer is malfunctioning or the toner is agglomerated.

(3) Contaminated mirror or lens, clean it.

Second, the reasons for the appearance of black bars:

Look for the cause of the problem in the order of the photoconductor drum, cleaning unit, developing unit, and fixing unit.

(1) The photosensitive drum comes into contact with other parts and scratches or scratches the surface of the drum due to excessive pressure on the blade.

(2) Scraper edge defects or excess edge powder.

(3) The distribution of the toner on the developing roller is not uniform, and it is distributed in strips or there is debris under the blade.

(4) Stripe toner deposits adhered to the magnetic roller.

(5) The inlet of the fuser is clogged, and the portion that has not been fixed after the transfer is rubbed against the inlet of the fuser to damage the image.

(6) The surface of the heating roller is stained with toner and other contaminants.

Third, the appearance of vertical white bar causes:

(1) The photoconductor drum has serious scratches resulting in no toner.

(2) Dirt on the charging electrode wire causes the corresponding portion of the photosensitive drum to be charged or not charged and a white strip appears.

(3) The power supply voltage is low and the charging voltage is uneven, resulting in white bars with uneven widths and unclear edges.

(4) The transfer wire is too dirty to transfer properly.

(5) There is little toner and uneven or deformed claws.

Fourth, no image, paper black reason:

It may be that the control circuit or the scanning circuit has failed.

Fifth, the appearance of all-white image causes:

It involves the optical part, the charging part and the mechanical part.

(1) The laser or laser control circuit is damaged.

(2) The optical system is blocked by foreign matter; the mirror is not in the right angle; the mirror is damaged or dirty; the surface of the mirror is aged.

(3) Scan drive circuit failure, ie no scan.

(4) The charging electrode is damaged; the connection of the charging electrode is disconnected; the transfer electrode is in poor contact or the electrode wire is broken.

(5) The transmission gear shaft rotates, and the wheels do not turn, causing the photosensitive drum to not rotate.

Sixth, horizontal black bars appear:

(1) Poor contact at both ends of the charging electrode wire, the discharge sound can be heard, and a blank space appears horizontally.

(2) The charge transfer electrode and the electrode wire are too loose.

(3) The drum speed is uneven, and the drum axis is off-center, causing uneven charging or transfer.

(4) The developing roller drives the clutch to friction or slip.

Seven, the reasons for the dirty print image:

There are regular image contaminations, which often appear in a certain part of the printed sample sheet and correspond to the contamination or damage of the printer's components. Irregular image pollution is often caused by irregular pollution.

(1) The drum surface is contaminated or scratched.

(2) Developing section: The solidified toner block is stained on the developing roller, which results in enhanced adsorption capacity.

(3) Cleaning section: The drum cleaning device is damaged, in particular, the cleaning blade is unbalanced or notched.

(4) The left and right unevenness of the transfer electrode or the charging electrode results in band-like contamination with uneven left and right shades.

(5) The rubber on the surface of the heating roller is aged and peeled off or has scratches; or the cleaning brush of the fixing roller is defective, resulting in local contamination of the heating roller.

(6) The thermistor switch of the fuser and the surface of the thermistor sensor absorb dust, resulting in increased friction, inaccurate measurement temperatures, and damage to the upper heating roller and the thermistor sensor.

(7) The pickup roller is contaminated with toner and the printed image is dirty.

Eight, regular or irregular white spots appear on black images:

(1) A regular white spot appears on the black portion of the photosensitive drum due to peeling or scratching of the photosensitive layer.

(2) The developing bias is too high or the toner contains impurities.

(3) Adjust the cleaning transfer wire filaments.

(4) The charge voltage is too high, and it ignites when it is discharged. It breaks down or semi-punctures the photosensitive drum to produce fine white spots.

Nine, printing sample backside pollution causes:

(1) The toner leaks from the developer or cleaner and spills on the paper causing contamination on the back of the paper.

(2) The heating roller is poorly cleaned, causing the toner to stick on the lower pressure roller, causing contamination of the back side of the paper.

Ten, lack of fixing reasons:

(1) The fuser lamp is damaged or the contact is poor, and the heater wire is open, resulting in no fuser temperature or too low temperature.

(2) The fuser heater roller is worn and pits appear on the surface, causing partial fixing failure.
