Paper not registered
First of all, it should be noted whether the paper used is suitable for a corrugated cardboard production line. The base paper holder (and paper holder) must have several basic characteristics: including the ability to handle different widths (ie, 75 mm and 100 mm base paper rolls); ease of operation and ease of maintenance; whether all can be used up The paper does not damage the core of the paper roll so that the paper supplier cannot reuse it. Web tension control throughout the entire machine
Another key part of the corrugated board production line is tension control rather than replacing the existing standard adjustable curling arm roller (located before each preheater). These parts are often subject to wear, and the lack of automatic registration of the original parts will cause the paper to wrinkle or fluffy due to non-uniform heating, thus allowing the downstream machinery to produce a large amount of waste. Standard accessories ensure that the web on the preheater has a loose or tight edge, but this will cause uneven removal of moisture and warpage of the board. The compact-edged paper web can remove more moisture than the loose-edged paper web. When paper with low moisture content (loose edged paper webs) is run on a double-sided machine, it tends to cause the paper web to warp at the edges of the drive, causing the paper web to warp upwards on the side of the operator. In the same way, the excessive moisture on the side of the operator at the double-sided machine will cause the opposite situation.
A perfect device for tension control throughout the machine's web should be able to "react" to the web, rather than trying to "control" the web. If a system tries to "control" the web, it can cause the web to register, resulting in a large increase in scrap. In addition, this equipment should be 100% mechanized, not pneumatically controlled or electronic, and easy to install, with a small amount of work during outage maintenance.
