On December 22, the major research equipment development project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences undertaken by the Wuhan Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, "Mixed Gas Displacement CBM Testing Machine" passed the on-site testing and acceptance organized by the Bureau of Planning and Finance of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
The “Mixed Gas Displacement CBM Testing Machine†was approved in 2007, mainly based on the reduction of greenhouse gas coalbed emissions, large-scale exploitation of coalbed methane and coal mine gas prevention. The main application target of mixed gas displacement of coalbed methane is in full Based on the investigation of similar instruments at home and abroad, a set of multifunctional mixed gas displacement coal bed methane testing machine integrating gas adsorption, infiltration and rock mechanics testing is developed.
After three years of intensive research and development, the finished product testing machine developed 10 technical indicators specified in the project mission statement, of which the main technical indicators measurement of adsorption amount, permeability coefficient and expansion and contraction deformation and repeatability exceed the specifications specified in the mission statement. , To achieve the coupling measurement of gas adsorption amount-expansion-shrinkage-seepage-mechanical parameters; it provides an effective support method for the study of the process, mechanism and parameters of CO2 / N2 mixed gas displacement of coalbed methane. It plays an important role in the research on greenhouse gas emission reduction and coal mine gas disaster prevention.
The expert group listened to the development report of the project leader and the test report of the test group, and conducted on-site inspections and inquiries. After discussion and research, they unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.
