The building is located in Istanbul, Turkey's largest city, with a building area of ​​9,100 square meters. The address was originally a traditionally laid-out hotel, but only the concrete structure was left, and the office building was built on the basis of the concrete frame. The designer not only uses the objective situation of the original framework to partition the function of the new building, but more importantly integrates the original frame with the appearance of the new building.
The exterior of the building consists of two cubes of varying sizes. The interior includes office space, exhibition space, conference room, auditorium, TV studio, auditorium, etc. It is very fashionable and avant-garde. The facade of the building uses a glass curtain wall with an "X" shape. This "X"-shaped glass curtain wall adds to the strength of the glass surface on the one hand, and it also enriches the monotonous building facade on the other hand. From afar, the original concrete structure looms from the glass window. This contrast between the virtual and the soft, makes the whole building more intriguing.
